When do you ship?

Orders are shipped Monday – Friday. If your order is shipping via UPS or FedEx, the order must be received by 11 am Pacific time to ship out the same business day. If your order is shipping via USPS, it must be received by 1:00 pm Pacific time to ship out the same business day. All orders received after 2 pm Pacific time will be ship out the next business day.:

Where do you ship to?

We ship domestically as well as internationally. If you have a question about domestic shipments (United State), or international shipments (anywhere but Canada and the US) please email support@tnexpress.co

How do you ship?

Most of our orders ship via USPS. However, if the items are more than a few pounds, we most likely will ship via UPS, we will also use FedEx at your request.
Since we do ship most of our orders via USPS, our website might only allow you to choose that as a shipping option. However, there is an order note box on the checkout page where you can write in your desired shipping method.
Small orders going to Canada and internationally will almost always be sent by USPS to help save on shipping cost and brokerage fees. Orders going to APO/FPO boxes will also be sent via
USPS.

Rates to ship?

Shipping Rate is determined by two key factors:
Promotion Rate - is the flat rate that we offer to the customer as Free Shipping or a percentage of the total shipping cost, for example, if the real total cost is $10.99 (Normally 2 Pounds, shipping 2-3 days USPS Priority Mail), we will list the shipping cost as $4.99 - 2-3 days shipping, so the promotion is about 50% off to you.
Carrier Calculated Rate - is the list shipping option calculated in real-time by the shipping company. (The real-time calculation is base on the item weight, the package size, and the shipping destination)

How to track an order that's been shipped?

If a tracking number is available and an email address was provided at the time of order, you will receive an automated email from either UPS or USPS with your tracking number once the order ships. For all other shipping methods, once the order ships, the order on our website is updated with a tracking number (if available). You can retrieve your order information by logging into your account on the website that you have placed the order.
